My first impression of Mr Prasad was that he did not display the air of arrogance I have come to associate with surgeons of the caliber he undoubtedly is. I found Mr Prasad to be the consummate professional and yet refreshingly humble. His congenial manner put me at ease immediately as he explained the procedure to me, also answering all of my questions clearly. Throughout the entire process Mr Prasad was a positive, calming influence and reassuringly attentive. The procedure itself was 'Ulnar decompression surgery' - Left elbow. Symptoms including quite extensive numbness, pins and needles sensation affecting my left hand and fingers. Being a musician (guitarist) this was absolutely necessary of course, never the less a very scary prospect for me. I researched the operation online and was expecting a lot more pain during recovery than I am actually experiencing. In fact, I am amazed at how little pain I have experienced. I can only put this down to the skill and expertise of Mr Prasad. Speaking of skill and expertise, I would also like to mention Dr Kingsley Enohumah - Anaesthetics. This was the fourth time I have required a general anaesthetic and I was expecting the usual nausea, grogginess and all round horrible yukky feeling when I regained consciousness. Not at all. Other than feeling like I hadn't had quite enough sleep and a slightly bad taste in my mouth, there were no other effects to speak of. I am writing this review two weeks to the day after surgery. The feeling has returned almost fully to my fingers and hand. I expect 100% recovery within the next couple of weeks. To conclude, I would advise anyone requiring elbow or shoulder surgery to seek out Mr Prasad and his team. He would without doubt be my first choice should the need arise again.

I had surgery in January to repair the top of my arm that had snapped off after slipping on black ice in December Dr Prasad explained clearly what he was going to do. The surgery went very well i spent 1 night in hospital Dr Prasad was around at 8.00 oclock in the morning to check i was ok. Every time ive met this doctor he has been clear in explaining everything and always asks how im doing and has a hand shake to offer he has always put my mind at ease and willing to answer any questions that i put too him.

I have had reverse replacement to both shoulders, performed by Mr Prasad. From the first meeting, I found him to be very professional, explaining fully what was entailed , and answering all my questions. I am 84 years old, and following physiotherapy after each operation I am at last pain free! I would recommend him to anyone with similar problems.

Very professional, listened carefully to my expectations, explained clearly the possible ways forward. After deciding to have surgery he explained the procedure and possible outcomes. A successful op now means I have good movement in my shoulder and can get on with living an active and pain free life. Thank you.
